Some Like It Hotttt
This week I tried Bikram Yoga for the first time. To sum it up - it was really hot, and sweaty. It was an amazing workout, and I felt so great as I laid in shavasana and reflected on what I had just accomplished. I feel like I need to do it again to take it all in, but we'll see.
